About the Role

The Supervisor plays a central role in field operations, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily project activities. The position requires a proactive approach and the ability to address real-time challenges while maintaining alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and scheduling projects, including risk and obstacle management.
• Coordinating material deliveries and resources in collaboration with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitoring field activities such as fiber blowing, excavation, customer installations, and splicing of fiber cabinets.
• Reporting on project status, deviations, and progress to project management and administration.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards in project execution.
• Quality assurance of final deliverables to meet established requirements.
• Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure streamlined work processes.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you need hands-on experience in the construction industry combined with a flexible and clear leadership style. The role demands resilience, strong collaboration skills, and operational responsibility for the team.

We are looking for someone with:

• Practical experience in the construction industry.
• Operational leadership experience in the field.
• Fluency in German and English.
• A valid B driver’s license and RSA 21 certification.

Experience in fiber-related projects is an advantage.
