About the Role

As a Project Manager at CWP Glasfasertechnik, you are responsible for driving and overseeing projects from start to finish. Your tasks range from managing permits and subcontractors to ensuring financial success and high customer satisfaction. With a clear focus on profitability and quality, you will be a key player in delivering solutions that address both current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate project teams, including supervisors, QA, and administrative staff.
• Manage permits and liaise with local municipalities for seamless project workflows.
• Plan and ensure monthly completion of cabinet areas.
• Oversee project budgets, invoice approvals, and financial tracking.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Report progress to management, clients, and municipalities through regular updates.
