We are now looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our new IT team. Here, you’ll get the chance to make an impact, collaborate with people from around the globe, and support our amazing colleagues – all while surrounded by the world’s finest chocolate.

About the Role – IT that Makes a Difference

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be our everyday hero in IT. You will work closely with our Nordic teams and global experts to deliver first-class support, develop efficient processes, and contribute to a stable and innovative IT environment. The role is varied, crucial, and full of opportunities for someone who loves both technology and people.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing user support with mainly 1st, but also 2nd line assistance for IT-systems such as SAP, Salsify, POS, O365, etc.
• Working on system integration and technical interfaces
• Identifying and driving improvements in business processes and automation
• Documenting and conduct user training – raising the digital competency throughout the organization
• Participating in exciting IT projects and collaborating with both internal and external partners

Your Profile – Genuine Interest in Technology and a drive for  Development

We believe you have:

• Experience in IT support within a business-driven environment
• Familiarity with working in SAP and documentation
• Basic coding skills (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, or Python)
• A genuine interest in business processes and how IT can improve them
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Information systems / Software Engineering / Management Information systems / or related field.

And that you are:

• A team player with positive energy
• Skilled in communication, both verbal and written
• Curious with a problem-solving mindset
• Meticulous, structured, and passionate about making things run smoothly

It’s a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of SAP IBP, BTP, Lobster-Data, or Salsify
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and ServiceNow
• Advanced programming skills
