About the role – IT that makes a difference

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist who wants to join our newly established IT team in Solna. This is a strategically important role – you will be the hub of our Nordic IT support and a driving force in our efforts to create a seamless, secure, and modern IT environment.

You will work closely with both our global headquarters and external experts, take ownership of 1st line and 2nd line support, and be a key player in our IT projects. Your manager will be the Head of IT.

Your main responsibilities:

• Business process development: Identify improvement opportunities, gather requirements, and drive the implementation of smart, user-friendly IT solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• System integration: Be the technical contact point for questions about interfaces and connections between systems.
• World-class IT support: Assist our users in succeeding – whether it involves SAP, Salsify, POS systems, O365, or network connections.
• Documentation & training: Structure, document, and train users to maximize the value of our applications.

Your profile

You are not only experienced – you are curious, solutions-oriented, and ready to take responsibility. You are passionate about combining technology with business improvements, and you thrive when you get to be the link between users, systems, and innovation.

We believe you have:

• Solid experience in IT support at a senior level
• Deep knowledge of SAP support (material data, purchasing, inventory, quality, sales, finance, etc.)
• Understanding of business processes within distribution operations
• SQL programming skills
• Experience with SAP, IBP, BTP, Lobster-Data, and Salsify
• A master’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Information systems / Software Engineering / Management Information systems / or related field.

• Strong communication skills – both technical and pedagogical
• A collaborative and positive approach to solving problems together with the team
• A Curious, flexible and adaptable mindset to new systems, new changes, and sudden challenges
• A detail-oriented focus with a keen eye for structure

It’s a plus if you have:

• Leadership skills in development projects and documentation
• Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), ServiceNow, or Lobster-Data
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, ABAP, or Python
